Coco Plum Hill is a serene, private escape located just outside the charming Bahamian settlement of Current, Eleuthera. Perched atop a gentle hill, this modern island home offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the turquoise waters of North Beach. Set on a lush, terraced acre at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the gated property has been thoughtfully renovated to offer modern comfort with timeless island elegance.
Inside, open-concept living, dining, and kitchen spaces are tastefully designed with an Anglo-Indian flair, blending modern simplicity with curated vintage pieces. The fully equipped kitchen—featuring brand new appliances—invites both casual meals and gourmet culinary adventures. A propane BBQ sits just off the main terrace surrounded by tropical greenery.
Coco Plum Hill features three beautifully appointed, air-conditioned bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The Master bedroom (King bed) and Guest room (Queen bed) share a large balcony with sweeping sea views and tranquil garden vistas. A third bedroom with two Twin beds overlooks the tropical back garden, is perfect for families or friends traveling together.

The historic village of Current, thought to be the oldest in The Bahamas, is just minutes away and offers a well-stocked grocery store, a basketball/pickleball courts in the community park, and a small dock where you can often buy fresh conch or fish straight from the fishermen.
For adventure seekers, the famous Current Cut offers thrilling drift dives and snorkeling. Nearby attractions like the Glass Window Bridge, Preacher’s Cave, and Sapphire Blue Hole await your discovery. Spanish Wells and Harbour Island (with its famous Pink Sand Beach) are just a short ferry ride away.

Guest access
As our guests, you have access to the whole property. For your safety, please stay on the paths. There are two marked caves to the right and left of the path which leads to the beach. They are to be visually enjoyed at a distance.
Other things to note
From Coco Plum Hill’s beach access one can stroll uninterrupted along a highly secluded half a mile beach towards the Current Cut point and beyond all the way to the settlement. If you bring your fishing equipment the Cut is an ideal place to try your luck at the sea’s bounty. Fish responsibly and check for local catch and release protocol.

Things to do
Harbour Island
Harbour Island is famous for its quaint architecture and the miles long Pink Sand Beach. To visit you would have to drive to the Three Island Dock, about 20m from Coco Plum Hill. At the dock you will take a 5 minute water taxi ride to the Island. Renting a golf cart at the harbour is recommended to be able to explore the whole island.
Spanish Wells
Spanish Wells is known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear waters. To get there you would need to drive about 20 minutes to Gene's Bay dock where you would take a 5 minute ferry to the Island. At the dock we also recommend to rent a golf cart to explore the island. It also has a very well supplied supermarket and great restaurants.
Sapphire Hole and Preacher's Cave
The Sapphire Hole is a picturesque natural pool located in the northern part of Eleuthera. it is a popular spot for swimming and jumping.
Queens Bath
Queen's Bath in Eleuthera, The Bahamas is a unique natural attraction consisting of a series of tidal pools carved into the limestone cliffs along the island's rugged Atlantic coast. These pools, also known as The Hot Tubs, are filled by ocean waves and offer a tranquil, bath-like experience when the water is calm. This natural attraction is about 30 minutes from Coco Plum Hill.
Crystal Bridge
One of nature's true wonders, The Glass Window Bridge will certainly leave you breathless as you drink in the magnificent panoramic view. It is one of the few places on earth where you can compare the rich blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean on one side of the road and the calm Bight of Eleuthera (often incorrectly called the Caribbean Sea) on the other side, separated by a strip of rock just 30 feet wide. This is about 25 minutes from Coco Plum Hill
